Printing Techniques:
Screen Printing
Screen printing is a very high-quality printing technique that reproduces colorful designs with great detail. A screen print is known for its excellent durability and a nearly unlimited color range.
A special type of screen printing is halftone printing, where instead of solid areas, small dots are printed that together form the final design. This allows for color gradients to be represented.
In screen printing, the ink is directly pressed through a mesh screen onto the fabric. The ink bonds directly with the fabric, guaranteeing its long-lasting durability.

Screen Transfer Printing
Unlike screen printing, here the design is not printed directly onto the t-shirt. Instead, it is first printed on a transfer film, which is then pressed onto the shirt using pressure and heat.
Flex and Flock Printing
Flex and flock printing are very sophisticated types of printing. They are characterized by their extreme durability and high wash resistance.
Flex printing has a smooth, slightly glossy surface, while flock printing feels velvety and has a slightly raised texture.
Flex and flock prints are created using the plotter printing method. A vector graphic serves as the template, which must consist of no more than three colors. These colors are cut from the foils one by one using a plotter knife and are then bonded to the t-shirt under heat and pressure.

Digital Printing
Digital printing is a simple and inexpensive printing method for photos and photo-like designs with many colors. It can only be used on white or very light t-shirts. However, the material is not made to last forever, and the colors will fade over time with washing.
In digital printing, a pixel graphic (e.g., jpg) is sufficient as a template. With the help of a color laser printer, the design is applied to a transfer film. This film is then pressed onto the t-shirt at high temperatures.

Embroidery
One of the most premium ways to decorate clothing is embroidery. Its advantages lie in its high quality: besides a classy appearance, embroidery offers excellent wash resistance and durability. However, large areas should not be embroidered, as this would make the t-shirt too stiff and could make the cost very high. Color gradients are not possible.
For embroidery, the design is applied to t-shirts or caps using embroidery machines. An embroidery program is created to control the machines, a process called punching. The cost depends on the number of stitches, which is why we always need the design in advance to provide a quote.
